Our primary patient demographic includes individuals with private medical insurance seeking tailored physical therapy solutions.

Work Environment

Your primary workplace will be our state-of-the-art onsite clinic, designed to optimize patient recovery and support a variety of orthopedic conditions. You will be part of a close-knit team comprising two physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), all focused on patient-centric care. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a patient load of about one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to design and implement effective physical therapy interventions.
• Employ a range of treatment techniques to address orthopedic issues, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services to comply with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Promote patient education and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Many of our clients benefit from structured rehabilitation programs designed to restore flexibility, strength, and mobility. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient profiles, ranging from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation, allowing you to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• No instances of disciplinary measures or board actions against your license.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in exercise program design.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, with experience in WebPT preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• A track record of successful patient rehabilitation outcomes and strong patient management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position comes with an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
