Work Environment

This full-time role requires availability from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services by assessing patient needs, documenting treatment plans, and adjusting therapy based on ongoing evaluations.
• Manage a balanced patient load to ensure focused attention on each individual, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility and decrease pain.
• Provide expert orthopedic care, incorporating non-surgical methods and cost-effective treatments to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
• Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that aim to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, thus promoting overall health.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, providing psychological support alongside physical therapy to foster better recovery experiences.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to synchronize treatment objectives and ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation using EMR software such as Web PT to track patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans based on clinical judgment and patient feedback.

Our primary focus is on patients seeking rehabilitation after orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with no prior sanctions or issues.
• Demonstrated expertise in various manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in crafting individualized exercise programs.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, for accurate patient documentation and care coordination.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies backed by the latest research in evidence-based practice.
