Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, ensuring the development of effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the use of modern rehabilitation equipment to enhance patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
• Track and meticulously document all treatment sessions, noting patient responses and progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers about self-management techniques and the use of assistive devices as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and maintaining knowledge of best practices to deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and successful outcomes.
• Periodically reevaluate patients and adjust therapeutic goals and methods accordingly to meet evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, including but not limited to sports injuries, joint replacements, and fractures. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse patient demographics, from children to seniors, tailoring your approach to meet their specific rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in technology used in patient care and documentation, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• A strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of care.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not required, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or familiarity with rehabilitation protocols is a plus, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our generous benefits package includes:
