Key Responsibilities

• Assess each patient's unique needs by identifying their goals and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, averaging one patient per hour to ensure focused and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy interventions.
• Implement cost-effective treatment protocols that improve patients' mobility and functionality, reducing reliance on medications and the need for surgical interventions.
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Design and adapt fitness and wellness programs tailored to address the unique challenges and needs of each patient.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment process to enhance their engagement and compliance.
• Promote healthy lifestyle changes that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care and continuous improvement in treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatment services are recorded accurately for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Patients will range in age and physical challenges, requiring customized treatment approaches that prioritize their physical capabilities and personal goals. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques to effectively address patient needs.
• Exceptional skills in creating and managing exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, contributing to your expertise in dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong foundation in rehabilitative practices that emphasize patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
