Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various conditions, including injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses, ensuring a personalized approach for each case.
• Establish targeted treatment plans that encompass therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities designed to reduce pain and increase mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring they are equipped to continue their recovery independently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient cases, share insights, and refine treatment protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices by attending workshops, participating in forums, and engaging with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric clients, encompassing individuals with varied diagnoses such as orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. You will work closely with each patient, tailoring techniques to optimize their recovery journey while fostering an encouraging and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, accompanied by a valid state license to practice.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and healthcare team members.
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic medical records and therapy-specific software.
• Possess adaptability and flexibility to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates with exceptional training and skills will also be considered.
• Experience with specific patient populations or specialty areas is a plus.
