Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Move Well Rehab Center, you will work in a supportive onsite rehabilitation facility that fosters collaboration and professional growth. Our team consists of skilled therapists who utilize state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices to support our patients' recovery. With a schedule that runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you have the opportunity to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while impacting the lives of your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed movement and mobility assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Create and implement tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving individual patient goals.
• Collaborate with clinicians in developing integrated treatment strategies that enhance patient recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to assist patients during their rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to facilitate their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and responses to treatments in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will work with adolescents to seniors, using your expertise to tailor treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs, preferences, and recovery goals. Your role directly impacts their ability to regain function and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in various physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills, with a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and therapy outcome tracking software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
