Performance Enhancement Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our New Brunswick rehabilitation center is a vibrant and welcoming space where patient-centered care is at the forefront. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work schedule that supports work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific needs, goals, and rehabilitation progress.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate healing and functional improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using CureMD EMR system to track patient progress and coordinate care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients aged 40-65 who present a variety of orthopedic and rehabilitation needs. Our client focus is on individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will engage with this demographic by providing tailored therapeutic interventions designed to improve their physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license is essential.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and clinical assessment skills to build rapport and trust with patients.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.
• Previous experience with diverse patient populations and treatment methodologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically CureMD, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
