Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care tailored to the individual needs of adult patients aged 40 to 65 recovering from orthopedic conditions.
• Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and develop customized evidence-based treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques, guided exercises, and utilize various modalities to stimulate healing.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercise techniques, and proactive self-management strategies to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation using CureMD Electronic Medical Records, ensuring all progress notes are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to provide a coordinated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and post-traumatic rehabilitation. Our patients often seek improvements in their functional mobility, strength, and daily activities, and our goal is to facilitate their return to optimal health and activity levels.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, while a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Possession of an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license is mandatory for this position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and a passion for delivering evidence-based physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• While previous outpatient experience is advantageous, it is not strictly required. We welcome recent graduates with strong clinical foundations.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
