Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing a thorough understanding of each patient's needs and objectives.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that comply with prescribed therapeutic goals and best practices in physical therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to provide high-quality care, addressing various conditions and rehabilitative needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with the physician's plan of care, specialized toward orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports medicine patient populations.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and ongoing care to promote active participation in the recovery process.
• Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes excellent customer service and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in computer applications and documentation software.
• A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring patients feel valued and understood.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a deep understanding of treatment modalities and patient engagement strategies.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
