Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring their rehabilitation goals are met effectively.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, allowing for thorough and focused therapies that emphasize patient outcomes.
• Employ evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate pain, ensuring a compassionate approach to treatment.
• Design and implement robust care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise programs, stretching, and strength training.
• Promote non-invasive treatment alternatives that minimize the need for medications or surgical interventions.
• Regularly assess patient progress and treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using EMR software (preferably Web PT) to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them overcome physical and emotional hurdles.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care and continuity in treatment.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Core Therapeutics, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including young athletes recovering from injuries, adults with chronic pain, and elderly clients seeking to enhance their mobility and functional abilities. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clean record and no history of sanctions.
• Extensive knowledge of current physical therapy practices and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably focusing on sports medicine and orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Core Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
