Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities, assessing their movement patterns, strength, and range of motion.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, utilizing a holistic approach that may include exercise therapy, manual techniques, and patient education.
• Implement treatment sessions, monitoring patient progress closely to make necessary adjustments in therapy approaches based on their responses and advancements.
• Document treatment activities, patient responses, and progress accurately to maintain a thorough patient record in compliance with organizational standards.
• Educate patients and their families about effective self-care strategies and therapeutic exercises to continue their recovery at home.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging with professional organizations to maintain a high level of expertise.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
