Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility.
• Implement individualized therapy sessions, utilizing cost-effective modalities and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to provide thorough attention and care to each individual, ensuring quality treatment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to address each patient's unique challenges.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing emotional support and motivational strategies to keep them engaged.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, documenting all interactions and outcomes within our EMR system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that maximize patient care and recovery potential.
• Promote wellness and preventative measures by integrating fitness programs focused on improving strength, balance, and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications that support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and the ability to create tailored exercise programs based on individual patient needs.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient documentation.
• Strong understanding of current and evidence-based physical therapy practices, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic care, highly preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt clinical approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
