Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, establishing clear treatment objectives and monitoring progress throughout their recovery journey.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Provide therapeutic care that may include both in-facility treatments and home-based therapies, employing procedures that align with each patient's physician-approved plan.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, utilizing shared insights to maximize patient outcomes and expedite recovery processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by creating a positive therapy experience, ensuring that every patient feels valued and heard throughout their rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment processes, exercises, and lifestyle modifications that promote continued recovery beyond therapy sessions.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and other performance indicators, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a wide variety of patient populations, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, children with developmental challenges, adults facing neurological conditions, and athletes looking for rehabilitation after sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid state license in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Basic Life Support Certification from an accredited organization, such as the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and instructions.
