Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Classical Aerobics Therapy Gym, your responsibilities will include:

• Directing personalized physical therapy treatment plans designed to prevent disability, alleviate pain, enhance muscle function, and maximize the potential of each patient in accordance with the prescribed plan of care.
• Working closely with physical therapy assistants, ensuring the reliable implementation of care plans and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality.
• Evaluating patients through advanced diagnostic assessments, including muscle, nerve, and joint function tests, to tailor treatment strategies effectively.
• Assessing the home environment for rehabilitation suitability and making actionable recommendations to foster independence in daily activities.
• Delivering in-home physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians, implementing therapeutic exercises and functional activities to support recovery.
• Administering various therapeutic modalities, including traction, massage, and other physical agents, while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Evolving care plans based on regular assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation cases, and those with chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active Physical Therapy license to practice in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in either acute care or home care settings.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience
