Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Aspirus, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with various functional limitations and disabilities to establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing consultations to other healthcare providers regarding patient care pathways and ensuring continuity of care.
• Documenting all evaluations, treatments, findings, and progress in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Implementing individualized treatment and discharge plans, performing regular reassessments of patient progress, and educating patients and their caregivers on treatments and exercises.
• Maintaining effective communication with patients, their families, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and improve patient care.
• Participating in leadership opportunities, including community outreach and program development, to enhance service delivery and patient engagement.
• Supervising and mentoring any assigned support staff, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols, and maintaining efficient departmental operations.

Qualifications

The requirements for this role include:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
