Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Avenel, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and functional limitations.
• Provide clinical consultation to other healthcare providers regarding ongoing patient care and treatment options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement and adjust treatment strategies while ensuring adherence to established protocols and regulations.
• Monitor patient progress by evaluating results and modifying treatment plans as necessary, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional documentation standards.
• Maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary treatment teams, referral sources, and physicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives, contributing to program development and continuous improvement within the department.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff and students, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Document all treatments, operations, and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure for Physical Therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation practices relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
