Work Environment

This full-time position requires an onsite presence in a home care setting, allowing you to work directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our typical hours are structured around a 40-hour workweek with occasional variable weekends, providing a structured yet adaptable schedule conducive to both patient care and personal life. You will join a multidisciplinary team that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and innovative practices in physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying functional limitations and devising individualized treatment methodologies.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices while adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and professional standards.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and support staff, maintaining clear and accurate communication regarding patient progress.
• Document all treatment outcomes and adjustments in patient records, ensure proper coding of services, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support physically and therapeutically assisting staff such as physical therapy aides, students, and volunteers.
• Participate in departmental meetings, community engagement initiatives, and educational programs aimed at promoting physical therapy best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, fostering a patient-centered approach to ensure experiences that are both respectful and inclusive. Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Additionally, you should maintain good standing with the licensing/regulatory board and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
