Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients suffering from injuries or conditions that affect their mobility and functional abilities. Utilize detailed assessments to establish baseline measurements and identify treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive equipment, tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Track and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatments, responses, and changes in status are recorded accurately in our electronic health record system.

• Regularly assess and modify treatment strategies based on patient progress, re-evaluating goals and interventions to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-management strategies to enhance compliance and promote long-term recovery outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of physical therapy by attending workshops and professional seminars, contributing to a culture of lifelong learning within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice specializes in treating patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a varied demographic, including pediatric and adult patients, tailored to their unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Current state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver treatment plans and progress updates to patients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in using electronic health records and basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.

• Exceptional adaptability and eagerness to learn, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to an excellent salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
