Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, determining the appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement diverse treatment strategies, applying advanced techniques for patients with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Deliver advanced therapeutic care, demonstrating high levels of empathy and customer service throughout each patient interaction.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, utilizing data and research-driven methodologies in your treatments.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and recovery processes.
• Meet and exceed established performance goals to ensure both clinical effectiveness and business objectives are achieved.
• Document patient progress accurately and inform physicians regarding treatments and any necessary adjustments to care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working closely with patients who are navigating the complexities of recovery from various types of injuries, particularly orthopedic conditions. This role presents an opportunity to apply your expertise across a spectrum of cases, including active sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with New Jersey state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating competency in patient assessment and treatment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records systems, supporting documentation and patient tracking.
• A proactive approach to patient engagement, with a focus on establishing rapport and trust.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized treatment areas, such as sports therapy or neurologic physical therapy, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
