Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed reviews of medical history and physical assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment goals clearly to patients and their families, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols with precision, adapting techniques based on patient progress and changing health considerations.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, documenting changes in patient conditions and adjusting treatment plans as required.
• Oversee discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up care is arranged, maintaining meticulous records that capture the patient's journey through rehabilitation.
• Exhibit effective time management skills to meet productivity benchmarks while being responsive to patient needs and maintaining an organized schedule.
• Contribute actively to departmental goals, engaging in compliance with governmental and accreditation standards, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
• Proactively pursue continuing education opportunities to remain at the forefront of clinical best practices and serve as a mentor to students and less experienced clinicians.
• Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in patient interactions and service delivery.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote access to care and educate the community about available physical therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Your clinical skills will be essential in empowering these individuals to regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Our diverse clientele includes athletes, surgical patients, and individuals with various musculoskeletal issues, highlighting the breadth of your impact in the community.

Qualifications

• An earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques, ensuring the delivery of hands-on treatment for complex orthopedic conditions.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software for efficient documentation and management of patient data.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning options, and paid time off.
