Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for therapeutic exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care through regular meetings and updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role involves hands-on therapy, guided exercises, and providing support to patients of varying ages and backgrounds, from young athletes to seniors seeking to regain mobility. Your ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships will greatly influence patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedics preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
