Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and rehabilitation needs to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote mobility and function, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation that addresses all patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and their families about proper body mechanics, therapeutic exercises, and strategies for pain management and injury prevention.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment adjustments in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, especially with an emphasis on orthopedic conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct patient evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient-specific needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year reflects the value we place on each team member and their contributions.
