Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their functional abilities, meticulously developing tailored treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and advanced manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes for every patient.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and effective injury prevention strategies to promote autonomy in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient clientele, including sports enthusiasts, postoperative patients, and individuals seeking recovery from chronic musculoskeletal issues. Our center accommodates a wide array of conditions, providing an exciting and dynamic case load that encourages professional growth and expertise development.

Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• BLS/CPR certification, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedic settings to align with the specialized nature of our practice.
• Experience with advanced manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of exercise prescription are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and contribution to patient care, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
