Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions, using specialized assessment tools and orthopedic testing techniques.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and recovery goals.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to promote healing and mobility.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress in accordance with healthcare regulations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educating patients in injury prevention techniques and effective rehabilitation strategies, including the creation of personalized home exercise programs to promote independence.
• Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring continuity and quality of treatment.

Our center specializes in treating a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic settings, encompassing outpatient care, geriatrics, and acute care.
• Strong proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective patient care plans.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to create a collaborative patient experience.
• A focus on continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience

Experience in specialized areas such as geriatrics, post-surgical rehabilitation, or sports injury management is preferred. Candidates with a background in evidence-based practices and a commitment to patient-centered care will excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
