Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their individual goals, physical capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices to promote recovery, enhance movement, and improve quality of life.
• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic modalities and exercises aimed at rehabilitating patients, including manual therapy, strengthening exercises, and functional training.
• Implement cost-effective therapy solutions designed to reduce dependence on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Design and execute fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to enhance patients' functional capabilities and overall well-being.
• Provide ongoing education to patients regarding techniques to maintain their health, including advice on exercises that support strength and improve balance and coordination.
• Document treatment progress accurately and maintain detailed reports of patient sessions to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that address multifactorial patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients we serve vary widely, from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals managing chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse population, including older adults, athletes, and individuals rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, allowing you to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, specifically focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients from various backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Continued professional development; knowledge of current evidence-based treatments and techniques in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 yearly , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
