The ideal candidate will work in an inviting and professional outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote lifestyle changes tailored to each patient's recovery journey.
• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care that leverages proven clinical interventions.
• Foster motivation and provide encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation sessions to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
• Engage regularly with other healthcare professionals to consult on complex cases, ensuring a multifaceted approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress through evaluation processes and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement treatment strategies tailored to orthopedic patients.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Skill in managing a variety of patient personalities, showcasing empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, with annual salaries ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, in addition to performance bonuses.
