Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Perform assessments to evaluate patient mobility and physical condition while identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing direct patient care and ensuring every interaction promotes healing and healing progress.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and restore function while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Execute therapeutic exercise prescriptions designed to maximize mobility and strength.
• Emphasize the importance of non-surgical interventions, educating patients on lifestyle modifications and preventative strategies.
• Employ evidence-based practices in therapy to guarantee effective treatment and optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct regular evaluations to track patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure success.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation using EMR software, specifically Web PT, to streamline patient records and track treatment efficacy.

Qualifications

• Currently hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, free from any sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong grasp of orthopedic rehabilitation exercises.
• Have familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to enhance documentation efficiency.

Preferred Experience

While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is essential, experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise in the field.
