Work Environment

This position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, which features advanced technology and resources designed to support effective therapeutic practices. Our outpatient clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with a work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balance between professional commitments and personal life. You will be working closely with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, creating a dynamic, supportive atmosphere aimed at achieving the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and functional training, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, allocating sufficient time to provide hands-on care and consistent follow-up with each patient.
• Educate patients on their conditions and rehabilitation plan, empowering them with knowledge to actively participate in their recovery.
• Institute cost-effective treatment strategies that prioritize non-surgical approaches and minimize medication reliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate physical therapy with other treatment modalities and healthcare services, enhancing overall patient care.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their improvements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) using systems such as WebPT to document services provided, outcomes achieved, and ongoing patient progress.
• Promote a culture of wellness by incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination training into every interaction.
• Motivate patients through encouragement and measurable goal-setting, creating a strong therapeutic alliance that aids in clinical success.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to qualify for this position.

• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
