Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their individual needs and treatment goals.
• Develop customized and detailed treatment plans that leverage your expertise and observations, addressing specific patient challenges effectively.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques to facilitate recovery, ensuring that all interventions align with the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, which will be used to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge and skills to support their own recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive patient experience and overall clinic effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes through comprehensive evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with a variety of patient demographics and treatment specialties.
• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this base pay, you will also enjoy a robust benefits package, including:
