Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one evaluations to assess patient needs, limitations, and treatment goals.
• Create and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on improving functionality and mobility.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers across various disciplines, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Compensation and Benefits
