Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement tailored interventions aimed at achieving their unique health goals.
• Manage a balanced patient load to ensure each individual receives the dedicated attention necessary for optimal recovery.
• Utilize a variety of effective orthopedic outpatient care techniques, applying knowledge accumulated from previous experiences.
• Implement non-surgical, cost-effective treatments that look to enhance patients' mobility, reducing dependence on medications.
• Design and adjust comprehensive care plans incorporating diverse treatment modalities and fitness initiatives catered to each patient's requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to ensure the highest quality of personalized care.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journeys, fostering a positive and empowering environment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights that contribute to holistic patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and track patient progress while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation in EMR systems like Web PT.

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Your role as a Physical Therapist will be pivotal in helping these patients regain their mobility and improve their everyday function, thereby promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques with a strong grasp of contemporary physical therapy methodologies.
• Skilled in developing effective exercise programming tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring precision in documentation.
• Continued professional development and a commitment to staying updated with the latest research-supported physical therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge or certification in specialized areas such as sports therapy or manual therapy may enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
