Work Environment

As an onsite team member, you will work in an upbeat and modern outpatient office setting, where you will engage closely with patients and your fellow healthcare professionals. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life routine while maintaining our commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a personalized caseload that allows you to focus on delivering quality care while ensuring patients receive adequate attention and support.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities in orthopedic outpatient care to optimize recovery processes.
• Engage patients in evidence-based interventions, fostering a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage compliance and progress.
• Design and implement custom fitness and wellness programs that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Continuously monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans based on patients' progress and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of disciplinary actions or sanctions.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques, as well as a demonstrated ability to create effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical recordkeeping systems, especially WebPT, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation practices.
• Staying abreast of contemporary physical therapy practices and research to provide the best possible care to patients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in the area of sports medicine and rehabilitation, is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of successfully implementing diverse treatment plans and demonstrated patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
