Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans that focus on relieving pain, restoring function, and achieving maximal patient potential.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and ensure accurate implementation of care strategies, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient functional abilities using diagnostic tests, with the aim of tracking improvements and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform home assessments to tailor therapy interventions that promote patient independence and improve living environments as necessary.
• Administer a range of rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of physical agents such as traction and massage.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and refine care plans, ensuring coordinated efforts in a holistic treatment process.
• Maintain detailed clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
