Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with the latest technology and tools to enhance patient recovery. Our workspace promotes teamwork and communication among our two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM provide a structured yet dynamic atmosphere where you can dedicate your skills to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and requirements, ensuring a customized approach to their healthcare needs.
• Deliver focused, hands-on therapy sessions, managing a scheduled patient load of approximately one patient per hour to maintain high-quality care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to implement effective treatment strategies that enhance mobility and functionality, minimizing reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Create and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse treatment modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to achieve maximal functional abilities, ensuring continuous progress towards their health objectives.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously using EMR systems like WebPT, maintaining open communication with healthcare team members to adjust treatment as necessary.
• Foster a healthy lifestyle in patients by enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through personalized wellness programs.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and implement exercise regimens that cater to diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and improve patient care workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
