Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities, while continuously monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and facilitate timely referrals.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes, rehabilitation goals, and safe practices for ongoing care.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, staff development activities, and community outreach programs to promote physical therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits
