Our compassionate team comprises two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to fostering a supportive treatment environment focused on patient outcomes and wellness.

Work Environment

The work setting is exclusively onsite at our facility in Woodbridge, NJ, where we create a warm and inviting atmosphere for healing and rehabilitation. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured and predictable work schedule that facilitates work-life balance. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, ensuring our services are accessible and tailored to individual treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' movement capabilities to tailor comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated, personalized attention for effective recovery.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and practices to deliver cost-effective treatments that exceed traditional care methods.
• Create and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs designed to meet each patient's unique goals and requirements.
• Educate and support patients to motivate them throughout their rehabilitation journey, promoting optimal functionality and a healthier lifestyle.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary while maintaining comprehensive documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimize patient recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
