Work Environment

The work setting is fully onsite in our innovative Rehabilitation Center, designed to foster collaboration and provide a comfortable atmosphere for both practitioners and patients. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, fostering a healthy work-life balance while offering consistent care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' individual goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a structured caseload, treating patients on an hourly basis to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance joint mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and modify them based on ongoing evaluations and patient progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and exercises to maintain their progress and prevent future injuries.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately to facilitate continuity of care and improve organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care plans and optimize patient results.
• Motivate and empower patients to achieve their functional goals while promoting self-management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals covered by private medical insurance, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients seeking relief from chronic pain. We focus on delivering patient-centered care tailored to the unique health goals of each individual, ensuring their rehabilitation journey is both effective and satisfying.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license is required.
• Strong manual therapy skills along with the ability to design and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records software, particularly WebPT EMR.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Skillful use of advanced rehabilitation technologies and practices to enhance patient recovery.
• Experience in managing diverse patient profiles with varying rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
