Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of new patients referred by physicians to assess their physical conditions and therapy needs.
• Designing and implementing customized treatment programs in alignment with physicians' care plans to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation and sports-related injuries.
• Providing hands-on treatment, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to track improvements and modify care plans as needed.
• Engaging with patients and their families in educational discussions about their conditions and self-management strategies to foster independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care through integrated approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
