Work Environment

Our onsite rehabilitation center provides a collaborative and supportive environment where you will be working with a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Committed to delivering high-quality care, our team fosters an atmosphere of professional growth and teamwork. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, this full-time role accommodates a balanced schedule that allows for personal and professional pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and establish individualized objectives based on their needs.
• Maintain a focused patient caseload, ensuring personalized attention and therapy for each individual treated at a ratio of one patient per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' mobility and decrease pain levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise multifaceted treatment plans that include diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Encourage patient engagement by developing innovative fitness and wellness programs that correspond with their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient.
• Embrace a holistic approach to physical health by promoting lifestyle changes that bolster strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions, services provided, and progress records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals with private medical insurance seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries. Our patients range from athletes aiming to return to sport to everyday individuals dealing with mobility challenges. Your expertise will significantly impact their rehabilitation journeys as you guide them back to peak performance.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques are essential for providing optimal care.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred for streamlined documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
