We operate from a state-of-the-art 5000 square foot facility equipped with modern technology and resources to support our patients' diverse needs. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming environment that fosters recovery and rehabilitation.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our outpatient office in South River, NJ. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing care in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside fellow physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' individual needs and set personalized treatment goals based on thorough evaluations.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each receives dedicated attention and customized care.
• Utilize dynamic evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans accordingly to maximize rehabilitation results.
• Document all patient encounters comprehensively and maintain accurate patient records, using WebPT EMR Software to track progress and facilitate communication.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment.
• Encourage patients to adopt healthy lifestyle practices that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness.
• Support patients in reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives for their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Lincoln Assert Motion, our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions who typically have private medical insurance. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journeys as you guide them through evidence-based interventions to optimize their physical performance and regain independence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A pristine professional record with no disciplinary actions or complaints.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in using WebPT EMR Software for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Experience in a high-volume practice is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
