In this vital role, you will work closely with patients to restore their mobility and enhance their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care in an orthopedic outpatient setting, employing evidence-based practices to foster recovery and rehabilitation.

Work Environment

This full-time position is an onsite role within our outpatient office, providing the opportunity to directly interact with patients and collaborate with your colleagues in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent work schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and objectives, formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, ensuring that quality care is delivered to one patient at a time, enhancing the focus on personal treatment.
• Implement cost-effective interventions aimed at improving patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Reduce dependency on medications by providing education on non-surgical alternatives and promoting lifestyle changes.
• Formulate comprehensive care strategies that take advantage of various treatment modalities, encouraging patient participation and accountability.
• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance the recovery process.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the treatment continuum.
• Motivate and support patients to achieve their functional goals and empower them to maintain a healthy lifestyle, focusing on strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, sharing insights and strategies for successful outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy, monitor patient progress, and document care services competently for compliance and continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population covered by private health insurance. Our patients range from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals seeking rehabilitation after surgeries or chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives through tailored therapies and support.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating a commitment to hands-on patient care.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols based on individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software is highly desirable for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, allowing for seamless integration into our practice's workflow.
• Experience managing diverse patient cases and treatment plans will enhance the patient care experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
