Work Environment

You will be based in our outpatient office situated in the bustling city of Fords, New Jersey. The work environment is onsite, encouraging direct interaction with patients, which is critical for establishing effective therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' objectives, movement limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of patients, with the goal of providing hands-on treatment for one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities and therapeutic exercises to improve range of motion and physical functionality.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their treatment process to enhance their physical abilities and promote overall wellness.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Utilize WebPT EMR software to maintain accurate patient records and document treatment provided clearly and thoroughly.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Encourage lifestyle changes that lead to improved strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility, contributing to overall health enhancement.
• Explore innovative non-surgical approaches to minimize reliance on medications, prioritizing holistic treatment methodologies.
• Actively engage in professional development opportunities and educational sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid and active New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques that facilitate patient recovery.
• Exceptional ability to design and execute effective exercise protocols that align with patient-specific goals.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
