Lincoln Assert Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness, located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work within our orthopedic outpatient practice, where your expertise will contribute to the health and mobility of our patients. Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our modern outpatient office in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside two fellow physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. The practice is characterized by a supportive atmosphere focused on continuous learning and innovation in treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' health goals and physical needs.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour while maintaining the highest levels of care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Educate patients about alternative methods to reduce dependency on pain medications and consider non-surgical options.
• Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's personal goals.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and track each patient's progress through meticulous documentation.
• Motivate patients during their recovery journey by providing support and celebrating their achievements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients with private medical insurance who seek rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions. You will encounter a diverse array of cases, ranging from postoperative recovery to sports-related injuries. Your interventions will directly impact their recovery journeys, ensuring they regain their mobility and quality of life through personalized therapy strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing evidence-based exercise protocols tailored to individual needs.
• Experience using WebPT EMR Software or similar electronic medical record platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of engaging with diverse patient populations and tailoring care to individual needs.
• Ability to handle a high volume of patients while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in treatment documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
