Work Environment

At Joint in Motion, you will work from our outpatient office in Woodbridge, New Jersey, where the atmosphere is both energetic and supportive. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will engage in a Monday to Friday schedule, working a consistent 40-hour week, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at reducing pain and improving function.
• Ensure top-quality customer service by establishing strong relationships with patients, actively listening to their concerns, and promoting adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based care and mutual support.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic protocols and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to business objectives while continuing to provide outstanding patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass treating a varied patient population, focusing primarily on orthopedic cases, including pre-and post-operative care and injury rehabilitation. You may also have the opportunity to work with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, allowing for a rich and varied clinical experience. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically focusing on orthopedic rehab.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A passion for building relationships, fostering a supportive clinical environment, and driving patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
