Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical needs, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, such as exercises, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment.
• Implement treatment protocols that target pain relief and restore muscle function, ensuring that each patient progresses according to their specific goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the rehabilitation process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic objectives.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about at-home exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence in daily living activities.
• Maintain continued professional development by attending workshops, engaging in peer networking, and staying informed of the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements, fractures, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
