Work Environment

Your work will take place onsite in our vibrant rehabilitation facility surrounded by supportive colleagues. You will collaborate closely with a team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our facility's design promotes a positive and healing environment fostering teamwork and patient engagement. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify and address individual patient goals and physical requirements, ensuring tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour, aligning your therapy techniques with their rehabilitation objectives.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to provide evidence-based treatment approaches that aim to improve patients' mobility and range of motion.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, emphasizing cost-effective solutions that prioritize patient outcomes.
• Motivate patients during their treatment processes, reinforcing their commitment to recovery and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and support staff, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
• Track patient progress through regular evaluations, maintaining clear and accurate documentation of treatment services provided and patient responses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Holds a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Demonstrates proficiency in manual therapy techniques and orthopedic rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Experience

Experience with sports rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, or specific orthopedic conditions will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
