Our team is comprised of skilled professionals, including two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant, who prioritize quality care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services, particularly those with private medical insurance.

Work Environment

You will work in an on-site rehabilitation facility that embodies a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Our clinic promotes a dynamic and friendly culture where health professionals discuss approaches to patient care openly. With operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, our team enjoys a balanced work-life dynamic while maintaining a steadfast focus on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify mobility issues and establish effective treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care are provided at all times.
• Employ various treatment techniques to enhance patients' rehabilitation experience, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications that promote better health and recovery.
• Foster an environment of motivation by encouraging patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, documenting progress, and actively revising care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with fellow healthcare practitioners to develop comprehensive care strategies for each patient.
• Utilize EMR systems, notably WebPT, to record patient sessions and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no recorded instances of disciplinary measures.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques with a robust skill set for designing individualized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is essential for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
