Our team consists of skilled professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite within our modern practice. Our facility emphasizes a patient-centric approach, ensuring that each therapist has the resources they need for effective treatment delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and define the goals and requirements of each patient through comprehensive assessments.
• Manage an efficient caseload, typically handling 2 patients per hour, while ensuring high-quality therapeutic services.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Promote cost-effective treatment modalities that enhance patients' motion and mobility, potentially reducing reliance on medication or surgery.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys to maximize their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across the organization to ensure cohesive patient management and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and treatment interventions using EMR software, specifically WebPT.
• Regularly assess the outcomes of interventions and tailor ongoing treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, many of whom carry private insurance. Our clientele consists of individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role is crucial in empowering these patients to reclaim their independence and improve their overall quality of life through tailored therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise regimen development.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly experience with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-oriented environment.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
