Work Environment

In our outpatient office setting, you will enjoy a stable and supportive work environment characterized by a patient-centered approach. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, assessing their needs and developing customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and exercises to help patients regain mobility and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing the CureMD electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary team, including MDs, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on adult patients aged 40 to 65, who often present with orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation. These may include post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. Your approach will emphasize empathy and clear communication, enabling you to foster trust and encourage active participation in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to assess and implement appropriate treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
