You will be working onsite in a modern rehabilitation center during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care by treating an average of three adult patients per hour, focusing on individuals aged 40 to 65, ensuring personalized treatment that meets their rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to design tailored treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, while actively engaging patients with educational strategies to enhance their understanding of their conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals such as Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Chiropractors (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) to create cohesive and integrated patient care plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using the CureMD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on treating adults, primarily those struggling with orthopedic conditions related to aging, injury, or surgical recovery. You will be responsible for providing compassionate care that empowers patients to regain strength and independence, guiding them toward optimal physical function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with candidates holding a Master's Degree being preferred.
• Eligibility for licensure or a current New Jersey Physical Therapist license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
